Returns
If an item is damaged or there is a problem with the manufacturing of the item, a refund will be provided.
To initiate a return for refund, Contact Us and include the item name and reason for return and you will be provided with further details.
Returns must be received by us within 14 days from date of purchase for Australian customers and 21 days for International customers.
All refunds for orders are credited back to the original credit card, bank account or PayPal account from which the order was purchased.
Any return received that is not in original condition or without the original packaging will not be credited.
